GiftKing.com normally processes orders within 1 business day, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days. We ship via USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 

SHIPPING NOTES

  • Orders received after 5:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped Monday. All orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same or next day.
    International orders will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Many online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses, but we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. Please contact our Customer Service.

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival or lost package. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the post office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the shipment date, send an e-mail to our Customer Service.

  • Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it and getting a RA.

RETURNS

ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

1. Non-Defective item Return.
All unopened and unused product can be returned or exchanged by GiftKing.com within the 30-day return period minus 30 % of the purchase amount for restocking fee.  Refund for all canceled orders will be issued within a 14-day period minus 30 % of the purchase amount.

You have to return the products that you want to be replaced or your money refunded. They must be in unopened, undamaged - original packaging. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Defective item Return.
Any defective product received by GiftKing.com, within the 30-day return period, is subject to inspection upon receipt by GiftKing.com and may incur a 30 % restocking fee if we determine the product is not defective. If the product is determined defective, an equal replacement will be honored at no additional cost to you.

If you want to return merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

Please follow this simple 3-step process:

1. Submit your claim to our Support Center
2. Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Address.
3. Print our return authorization form emailed to you. Then follow the instructions on the form.

NOTE: Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • All non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.

  • Since we have found that some people will not return the merchandise once they have received their replacements, we must have a policy that replacement items will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us.

  • If you need your replacements right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse.

  • All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
